We’re proud to share that Upper Greenwich has been named a finalist for the 2025 BILD Calgary Region Community of the Year (City of Calgary), one of the most competitive and respected honours in Calgary’s residential development industry.
Each year, BILD Calgary Region recognizes communities that demonstrate excellence in planning, design, amenities, and overall livability. With a record number of submissions in 2025, earning finalist status places Upper Greenwich among Calgary’s most forward‑thinking neighbourhoods.
What This Recognition Means
The Community of the Year – City of Calgary award celebrates developing communities that stand out across multiple criteria, including architectural vision, community amenities, sustainability, and sense of place. Finalists are selected by independent judging panels and represent the best of community‑building in Calgary today.
Why Upper Greenwich Stands Out
Located in Northwest Calgary, Upper Greenwich was designed to balance urban character with everyday connection, to nature, to neighbours and to the city. From canal‑lined streets and brownstone‑inspired homes to future green spaces and access to the Bow River pathway system, the community prioritizes walkability, thoughtful design, and long‑term livability.
A key part of Upper Greenwich’s success is its diverse housing styles and collaborative builder group. Homes within the community are crafted by Partners Homes, Fifty6 Homes, New West Homes, and Crystal Creek Homes, each bringing a distinct architectural perspective while working within a shared vision for quality and cohesion. Together, they help create a streetscape and living experience that feels uniquely urban and character-rich.

Looking Ahead
Final winners will be announced at the 2025 BILD Calgary Region Awards Gala on April 11th 2026. Regardless of the outcome, being named a finalist is a milestone worth celebrating and a reflection of the care, collaboration, and design leadership behind Upper Greenwich.
To our builder partners, project teams, and the residents who now call Upper Greenwich home, this recognition belongs to all of you.
